Our
Fees
Our firm works on a contingent basis, which means: There are no out-of-pocket expenses to you. We’re paid ONLY upon successful collection of your claim. We cover ALL expenses related to the claim until it is paid, and if the claim is unsuccessful you owe us nothing.
After receiving our paperwork package, we will send a local notary to collect it from you and overnight it back to our office. Claims are usually processed in 3-4 months depending on the complexity of the case, and your share of the claim, typically 60% of the funds collected, are remitted to you within 30 days of receipt.

How The Process Works

Open An Unclaimed Funds Case With Us
Once you have responded to our outreach and decided to work with us we start to set the wheels in motion. It starts with you signing our service agreement via e-signing, which is 100% legally binding. With this document you hire us to recovery your funds on your behalf. Once we receive the signed agreement, we have you meet with the notary to sign all necessary paperwork.
Meet The Notary And Sign Paperwork
We have a mobile notary meet with you to sign all necessary paperwork, because in order to be eligible for the funds, government agencies as well as private companies require that your signatures are made in “wet ink”. After all paperwork is signed and returned to us, we submit the documents to the respective government agency or private company in charge of your funds. Now, we verify the validity of the unclaimed funds with them and awaiting a response.
Funding—Pay Day
Depending on the county, city, or state it can take up to 2-4 months for a response. Once we have received a response from the agency and all paperwork is filed and approved, we wait for the check in the mail. We will contact you with that information and submit a check based on the agreed terms in our contract, which will be 30 days from the date check arrives in our office.
